INNOVATIVE AUDIO SOLUTIONS LLC

SERVICE CONTRACT AGREEMENT

Scope of Services

Innovative Audio Solutions LLC agrees to provide installation, maintenance, and repair services for audio systems and related equipment.

- An initial installation consultation is free of charge.
- The scope of work will be discussed with the Customer during this initial consultation and defined in a written service estimate or work order.
- For any post-installation or follow-up consultations, the first 30 minutes are free. After the first hour, the Customer agrees to pay the applicable service rate.

Warranty

All parts and labor provided under this Agreement are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of original installation or service completion.

- During the warranty period, Innovative Audio Solutions LLC will repair or replace, at its sole discretion, any defective parts or labor at no cost to the Customer.
- This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or acts of nature.

Post-Warranty Service Fees

After the one-year warranty period has expired:

- Labor will be billed at a per-hour rate.
- A minimum of one hour will be billed per service visit.
- Parts are not included and will be charged separately based on current market prices.

Customer Responsibilities

The Customer agrees to:

- Provide clear access to equipment and a safe working environment.
- Notify Innovative Audio Solutions LLC of any issues in a timely manner.
- Pay all out-of-warranty service fees within fifteen (15) days of receiving an invoice.

Limitation of Liability

Innovative Audio Solutions LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use, misuse, or inability to use the services or equipment provided.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes all previous verbal or written agreements relating to the subject matter herein.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana.
